It's not just a race, it's an experience! Join FIT4MOM Charleston Run Club+ as we train for the Cooper River Bridge Run on April 6.
The Cooper River Bridge Run attracts runners from around the world for this annual 10-kilometer (6.2mi) one-way road running event across the Ravenel Bridge in the cities of Mount Pleasant and Charleston. Train for this race and take your running to the next level with our 12-week guided training program! We provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve. All participants are welcome regardless of their run goals! Included in the 12 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you’ll also receive email support, accountability and progress check ins from your certified Run Club Coach.
For only $99 you receive the entire 12-week session, plus 5-complimentary passes to attend any FIT4MOM Charleston Stroller Strides or Stroller Barre class at any of our locations.
Stroller Barre is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class focused on vertical core work designed to improve posture, stability and mobility simultaneously. This workout brings together moves inspired by Barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga. The classes will help moms regain posture and alignment while strengthening her body from the inside out. Stroller Barre will help mom reconnect with her body, increase flexibility and develop long, strong muscles.

The funds generated from the Reindeer Run are helping the campaign to build the new MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital that is set to open its doors in 2019. This hospital will provide more spacious, family-centered amenities and expanded services, including an expanded neonatal intensive care unit, an entire floor dedicated to the care of children with cancer, and the most comprehensive pediatric heart center in South Carolina.
Proceeds from the Reindeer Run are split between the campaign for the MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital and the Charitable Society of Charleston. 80% of the funds go to MUSC and 20% go to the Charitable Society of Charleston’s endowment. This endowment provides grants and donations to local non-profit organizations which benefit both children and elderly residents of the Lowcountry.
