Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute, stroller-based fitness program designed for moms to get a full-body workout with their babe(s) in tow. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class focused on vertical core work designed to improve posture, stability and mobility simultaneously. This workout brings together moves inspired by Barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga. The classes will help moms regain posture and alignment while strengthening her body from the inside out. Stroller Barre will help mom reconnect with her body, increase flexibility and develop long, strong muscles.

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

**Please note that FIT4MOM strongly recommends that Body Back® clients be at least six (6) months postpartum to participate. Clients less than six (6) months postpartum are highly encouraged to attend Stroller Strides®.*

Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program! Whether you’re training for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run-training program, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve. During this 8-week session, we'll be specifically training for the James Island Connector 5K/10K Run on October 27, but all participants are welcome regardless of their race goals!

Run Club+ is open to all! You do not have to be a member of FIT4MOM Charleston to join. Men, kids, grandparents and even fur-legged friends are welcome to join! Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you’ll also receive email support, accountability and progress check ins from your certified Run Club Coach.

For only $99, you receive the entire 8-week session AND additional cross-training classes! During your 8-week Run Club session, you receive membership to FIT4MOM Charleston to attend any evening or weekend class to increase speed, agility, and strength. Only want to do the Run Club and not interested in cross-training? It's only $25 if you want to just participate in the runs.

Join us for the next topic in our coffee chat series. ☕️ Many women experience some form of perinatal mood and anxiety disorder after having a child. Too often those feelings are dismissed as ‘just the baby blues’. It’s time to have a frank and open dialogue about the challenges women go through during pregnancy and postpartum.

Postpartum Support Charleston, a local nonprofit based in Mount Pleasant, has been working since 2000 to eradicate the stigma that surrounds perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, such as postpartum depression.

Featured speaker, Amber Allen, the development coordinator for Postpartum Support Charleston, will provide coffee and nibbles as we discuss this important topic. As a two-time survivor of postpartum depression, Amber has counseled women personally who have struggled and also recruits volunteers who would like to support other moms with similar experiences.

Join Team FIT4MOM Charleston for "The Reindeer Run", a family-oriented, pet-friendly 5k run/walk through the lower peninsula of downtown Charleston, SC!

The funds generated from the Reindeer Run are helping the campaign to build the new MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital that is set to open its doors in 2019. This hospital will provide more spacious, family-centered amenities and expanded services, including an expanded neonatal intensive care unit, an entire floor dedicated to the care of children with cancer, and the most comprehensive pediatric heart center in South Carolina.


Proceeds from the Reindeer Run are split between the campaign for the MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital and the Charitable Society of Charleston. 80% of the funds go to MUSC and 20% go to the Charitable Society of Charleston’s endowment. This endowment provides grants and donations to local non-profit organizations which benefit both children and elderly residents of the Lowcountry.

FIT4MOM Charleston is passionate about giving back to our Charleston community and every quarter, we participate in a ‘Moms on a Mission’ charitable activity. If you are interested in donating, but cannot make the event, please message ErinDiNicola@fit4mom.com
