Stroller Barre is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class focused on vertical core work designed to improve posture, stability and mobility simultaneously. This workout brings together moves inspired by Barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga. The classes will help moms regain posture and alignment while strengthening her body from the inside out. Stroller Barre will help mom reconnect with her body, increase flexibility and develop long, strong muscles.
Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

What Does Body Back® Include?
Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program! Whether you’re training
for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply
want the support and structure of a run-training program, we provide at-home
and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve. During this 8-week session, we'll be
specifically training for the James Island Connector 5K/10K Run on October 27, but all participants
are welcome regardless of their race goals!
Run Club+ is open to all! You do not have to be a member of FIT4MOM Charleston to join. Men, kids, grandparents and even fur-legged friends are welcome to join! Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you’ll also receive email support, accountability and progress check ins from your certified Run Club Coach.
For only $99, you receive the entire 8-week session AND additional cross-training classes! During your 8-week Run Club session, you receive membership to FIT4MOM Charleston to attend any evening or weekend class to increase speed, agility, and strength. Only want to do the Run Club and not interested in cross-training? It's only $25 if you want to just participate in the runs.
