FIT4MOM is the country's largest fitness program for moms and moms-to-be offering pre and post-natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood. FIT4MOM Charleston has locations throughout Charleston and Mount Pleasant with weekday, evening and weekend classes offered six days/week, play dates 4x/week and a monthly MNO. We can't wait to meet you!

Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute, stroller-based fitness program designed for moms to get a full-body workout with their babe(s) in tow. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class focused on vertical core work designed to improve posture, stability and mobility simultaneously. This workout brings together moves inspired by Barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga. The classes will help moms regain posture and alignment while strengthening her body from the inside out. Stroller Barre will help mom reconnect with her body, increase flexibility and develop long, strong muscles.

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes focus on pregnant moms! The summer session of Fit4Baby begins on Tuesday, June 19. Classes are twice a week (Tuesdays 6-7pm and Saturdays 9-10am) for six weeks.

Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

We train and certify our Fit4Baby® instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to health; and exercise is an important component to well-being for pregnant women and new moms. We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM® program to seek a physician's approval before starting any exercise program. Fit4Baby®: helping soon-to-be mothers find the STRENGTH FOR MOTHERHOOD!
