What should I bring to class?

For you: water and a yoga mat/towel/blanket.

For your kid: Any kind of stroller, snacks, toys, diaper bag essentials, and a baby-wear carrier (if desired).

Can I attend class pregnant?

Absolutely! We encourage expectant moms to continue to exercise throughout their pregnancies as long as everything has been approved by their physician. We can modify any exercise that poses a challenge as you progress through your pregnancy.

FIT4MOM® recommends you obtain your doctor’s approval prior to beginning any exercise program. If pregnant, please speak with your physician before your first day.

How will I know if class location has changed due to weather?

In case of inclement weather, outdoor class locations may change or indoor class may be moved to virtual. Pre-enroll for classes to be emailed with last minute weather location changes. The instructor will also reach out to anyone pre-registered. If the class pivots locations or platforms, it will be done at least an hour prior to start.
